Acceptance
By using MyHome you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The Service
MyHome is a SaaS platform for managing rental properties: properties, tenants, contracts, cash flow, maintenance and reports. The service is provided "as-is".
User Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
- You are responsible for all activity in your account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
Payment & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed at the start of each period (monthly or annual). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds.
AI Assistant
The AI assistant is an experimental model. Its responses are NOT legal advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the assistant's responses.
Limitation of Liability
MyHome shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or financial loss arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
