Privacy Policy & Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-04-21
1. Service Scope and Legal Liability Limitation
1.1. "MyHome" provides a technology platform for property management, digital lease-agreement creation, and tenant management. We frequently update and refine the interface to deliver a convenient, intuitive, fast, and user-centred environment.
1.2. We continuously strengthen user security; the platform therefore undergoes ongoing testing and technical tuning. We continuously deploy the latest security protocols and improve our defence mechanisms to ensure the platform remains a safe environment, protected against evolving technological threats.
1.3. The system does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or tax advice. The contract templates, drafting suggestions, and contract style generated in the Contracts section are provided solely as non-binding technical aids.
1.4. The system's management bears no responsibility whatsoever for contract content, its legal validity, breach by any party (tenant or landlord), or any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of these templates. It is the responsibility of the user — landlord and tenant alike — to review the contracts or consult a qualified legal professional before signing them.
2. Payments, Processing and Invoices (via Third Party)
2.1. The system uses Paddle as its exclusive payment processor and Merchant of Record.
2.2. This means that every subscription purchase is, legally, a transaction with Paddle — not with "MyHome" management.
2.3. Paddle is solely responsible for issuing tax invoices/receipts, collecting local taxes (VAT), and handling refund requests under its own terms of service.
2.4. Users' full card details are not stored, processed, or transmitted through "MyHome" servers. They are handled directly by Paddle's secure system, which complies with the strictest European security standards.
3. Privacy Policy and Information Security
The system is built on a "privacy by default" principle. We are committed to protecting user privacy in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its current regulations:
3.1. Minimal data collection: The only personal detail permanently stored in the system's databases is the registered user's email address, used solely for login, subscription management, and contact in case of a technical issue.
3.2. No retention of sensitive data: The system does not store on the company's servers ID numbers, phone numbers, exact addresses, or copies of the lease agreements produced. Such data, to the extent the user enters it to generate a contract, is processed temporarily (solely to generate the document) and is not retained in the company's repositories — it remains visible only to the customer.
3.3. Anonymous monitoring: Notwithstanding Section 3.2, to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted user experience and to detect technical issues, the company monitors user activity (such as system errors, load times, or clicks). This collection is performed in a fully anonymised manner, with no ability to link it to a user's identity or to content they entered.
3.4. Industry-grade information security and encryption — "MyHome" invests significant resources and uses the world's most advanced technologies to safeguard user privacy and the confidentiality of system data. The system complies with the strictest international security standards:
- Encryption in transit: Communication between the user and the system's servers is fully encrypted via the modern SSL/TLS 1.3 protocol (HTTPS), preventing interception in flight.
- Encryption at rest: The minimal data we retain (login details and email addresses) is stored in advanced databases and encrypted using AES-256 — the encryption standard used by the world's leading financial institutions.
- Infrastructure and server standards: The system is hosted in data centres certified to global security and privacy standards, including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
- Payment security (PCI-DSS): As noted, the system never handles card data. All payment processing runs on the servers of our payment processor (Paddle), which meets PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest and strictest standard in the card-payment industry.
3.5. No transfer to third parties: "MyHome" undertakes not to sell, trade, or transfer email addresses or monitoring data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
3.6. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Every user may contact us at any time with a request to delete their account and email address entirely from the system's servers. Such requests are honoured immediately.
4. Fair Use, Intellectual Property, and Right to Block
4.1. Intellectual property and absolute prohibition on copying: All copyrights and intellectual-property rights in "MyHome" — including the source code, interface design (UI/UX), logo, contract templates, algorithms, and the underlying business idea and functional process — are the exclusive property of the system's management.
4.2. Risk of legal action for infringement: Copying the idea, duplication, reverse-engineering, creating a competing derivative work, or distributing parts of the system constitutes a blatant violation of copyright law. The system's management will exercise every legal means available — including civil claims for copyright infringement and unjust enrichment — against any person or entity performing such acts, without prior notice.
4.3. Prohibition on data mining: The use of any software, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to infiltrate the system, copy interfaces, collect data, or extract contract templates is strictly forbidden.
4.4. Lawful and good-faith use: The system is intended to facilitate property management and the lawful, good-faith creation of lease agreements. Use of the system for any unlawful purpose — including fraud, money laundering, creation of fictitious contracts, or impersonation of another person or entity — is strictly prohibited.
4.5. Right to permanent block: The system's management reserves the full and exclusive right to permanently block, delete accounts, and deny access to any user who violates the Terms of Use, attempts any unlawful action, or attempts to challenge the system's security.
4.6. Termination without refund: Blocking a user for breach of this section takes effect immediately. The breaching user shall have no right to demand any refund on account of their block, and the system's management may transmit their details to law-enforcement authorities as necessary.
